Show CALGARY SHOW & SHINE for CORVETTES ONLY - June 9th

I apologize for short notice as I just received confirmation this evening that there is a
Calgary Show & Shine for Corvettes only this weekend.

The management of Capital Chevrolet in South Calgary is very interested in having Corvettes Only in the Show ‘n Shine this Saturday June 9th
Registration opens at 8:30 am with a $10 fee per car which will be donated to the Alberta Childrens’ Hospital Foundation (as chosen by the Dealership Management)
The show is scheduled to be held from 10 am to 3 pm. Prizes will be given (donated by Capital Chevrolet) for people’s choice awards for one car in each generation.
Capital Chevrolet will also going to do a dealer’s choice overall winner.
BBQ luncheon for everyone.

I am planning to attend and wear my Meet-in-the-Middle Gear and I also have a few CCF Cards to hand out​

47 Corvettes registered + and there had to be at least 10 more drop ins during the day ...

the Dealership put on an awesome show that was hosted by the folks of Corvettes Unlimited.

This day had 3 youngsters walking around with a special corvette grin and a new hot wheel in hand ...
for anyone interested in knowing, all three kids choose a C3 from me today.
(Had new C1, C3, C6 & C7 hot wheels on hand to choose from - awesome fun)

I should also shout out to @ddgermann for inspiring that I consider the iPhoneX
for my choice in a phone provider contract renewal this past week ... this phone sure does make for
awesome photos ... if I could just keep my damn finger out of the way - the red C1 pic above ...
yup I'm one of those type of photographers and should just leave the picture taking to my wife

I love the connectivity of the X via Carplay to my C7 as well ... real nice ... I'm ready for Meet in the Middle.

The iPhone-ZR1 will be a nice phone , but in the hands of even the trained, may immediately jump out of your hands and crash to the floor.
Careful what you wish for.

... word is that the rear wing on this upcoming iPhone-ZR1 doubles as a hanging hook from the rear view mirror
and it will have better protection options than the saran-wrap case on its predecessor
(sorry couldn't resist @2009CGMZR1)
... but if you just wait a little longer ...
the iPhone C-VIII that will follow in a year or so is rumoured to have paddles on the sides as only automatic with
display and all operational features in the back of it ... ... good times ahead
