C8 Grand Sport

I've mentioned this before but now others also believe a Grand Sport will be produced, I'm a big fan of the Z06 but I believe the sweet spot has always been the Grand Sport, widebody, enough HP's for most, proven engine reliability etc....

Go ahead all you naysayers and say GM hasn't announced this ever but... it might be time to get on a list in the #1 spot

Yes I know most think the ERAY replaced the GS but with a new Sixth Gen small block being produced soon a GS would be a great platform

But looking up what a C7 Grand Sport was it sounds almost exactly what the E-ray is without the hybrid motor.
The C5 went through several engines did it not? Ls1, LS2 etc.

Not really Murray, could have the new small block power plant plus pricing way closer to Stingray than Z06

True, I guess there could also be mods to the LT2, like a better intake etc. that could be priced much better than the IMO overpriced E-ray.

2020 the good old days of C8 pricing, I believe I paid 75k including Z51 then sold it a year later with 12000k for 100k

Only 2. The LS1 and the LS6 for the Z06. It was the C6 that had several. The LS2 in the early years, the LS3, The LS7 in the Z06 and the LS9 in the ZR1. Other than some valve issues on some of the LS7's, the LS platform is arguably one of the best engines to ever come out of GM.

It's amazing how many are still buying C6 Z06's have done zero research. No worries... another $5k and you're good to go
