C8 Convertible 2LT CDN Pricing and Option Prices

Just off the top of my head, I'd say 30% are convertible orders at this point. Many people on our waiting list have not submitted their build yet. For once, a convertible is actually a popular option.

If you're near the front of a list at a dealership, ordering a coupe will likely move you ahead in line.

That being said, if you wanted the convertible, would you regret not getting one if it meant getting your car a couple of months sooner?

Thanks, I have a vert order sitting at 1100, hoping to receive delivery before Aug 2020. Fingers crossed.

Have on my order, Have on my C7; but, I think the interior on the C8 is an upgrade from the C7 - so, if I have to cut something, it may go? I have not seen my costed out order yet? I am going to remove the Z51/FE4 pkgs for reasons discussed before: will not be tracking and the C8 suspension will be better than the C7 - so, for the driving I will be doing, I don't need these options.

I have been watching some interior Carbon Fiber wrap vids so thinking that might be a cheaper and just as cool way to go.

Not for me. If I keep (I probably am) I like the true OEM product. I'd love to see a car in person before ordering; but, not possible unfortunately. Because I am cutting the Z51/FE4 I likely will keep this option, the GT2 seats, front lift and add the spoiler when available the following year as an install by my dealer. My c7 you could order the perf. exhaust, MRC & spoiler as options.

I tapped out @ 125,293 Taxes fees Inc AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHad to go 3LT for my Dipped Interior I was pissed as hell that I could not get the GT2 Seat with a black insert as I wanted that as it looks great to me when the top is down as the black insert flows into the Nacelle as well would not show as much wear....HEY GM WHAT NO 2-TONE for Natural Dipped :Banghead:

Carbon Flash is metallic. Arctic White, Black and Torch Red are not. Grey is, but is becoming a very common colour (like Silver Ice Metallic).

Same reason why a metallic paint is a $1,000 option and Tintcoats are $1,500.

Sounds great. The adds up even starting at the 2LT which is what I want. To me the 3LT is not worth the extra money - just me - to each his own. My car with all my original options was well over $100K as well. View and listen to post on CCF - interview with Chief Engineer: don't need the Z51 pkg - fantastic handling with stock suspension and new coil over spring set-up vs the composite leaf in the back.

Good food for thought, I will watch for sure.

The 3LT is the only things that gets me the Natural Dipped Interior I want...I only wish I could do a 2-tone seat with the black insert that would be very cool in the look I think as the black would flow into the Nacelle when the top is down....kind off a piss off that I am going to a higher trim level and I can't pick any seat I would like for that kind of $$$.

Marketing has done a great job. They have organized the options such that to get them costs a lot more than the base car. As I say, you use to be able to add: spoiler, performance exhaust and MRC without having to buy expensive upgrade levels.

You can still do spoiler and exhaust.... but they get you on the MRC but in the interview argggg hahahahah
 
Can one of you guys tell me why when I select the LPO 5ZZ $670 high wing spoiler it reject it saying it is not offered with my configuration, I know the $425 one is rejected because my colour is Sebring Orange

If there is an X beside it during your build .... it is not offered from what I remember when I was trying things on a 2LT build before I went to the 3LT see if there is an override code that would allow it.
 
I tried 2LT and 3LT said same thing, my dealer said I could order it from the parts department but worried it won't be $670 anymore

its an LPO so that's a dealer Add-on so I guess have the parts department order u one I am sure EJ when he checks out the thread will have some info
