I believe you. It likely was hanging from the mirror, but my dealer put it in my glove box. Perhaps your dealer threw it out.

My dealer is so incompetent they didn't even keep my window sticker so no chance I got that air freshener

Nothing wrong with going into a touchless/trackless wash.

So much for touchless car washes for me. By the time I got home the car was dirty again.
They never dry the car properly.
I'd either have to dry the car at the car wash or just do it at home regardless.
Also, the glass between the motor and me got wet and is very awkward to dry. Not to mention the trunk glass. What a PITA.

So, I washed the car today, manually. Well, I did use a pressure washer to foam the car.
It is still a pain. All those nooks and crannies. We need specialized tools for washing the car.
