Posted a message in the C5 forum about my Corvette. Would love to hear from the C7, ZR1 and Z06 owners about modifications you have made to your Corvette and what you would like to do.

Pulled the fuse for the muffler actuators and installed a resistor for the x-pipe actuators. Removed both sets of actuators.

I think that about covers it. Probably some more stuff that I can't remember.

For anyone posting even the lightest of add-ons, it says a lot about the success of the C7. My C7 was delivered with everything that I needed in my first Corvette. Added some cosmetic things that I wanted along the way … it’s all posted in the Winter Add On Thread and one in a “Contest Thread” so not feeling it’s good for me to repeat it all here.
Know of many C7 friends who have modified theirs. I am amazed by what a couple have done to their early C7’s (2014 $ 2015) to add similar features of the later C7’s (like carplay and nose cameras).
Was highly motivated to trade-in and acquire the ‘’19 C7-ZR1. Wanted only the real deal though and my integrity kept me from over-bidding so I did not get one. Will only overbid when it comes to charity Did that to get a book with an awesome and authentic Dale Earnhardt Signature in it. That’s in another thread here too and not for derailing this one. This is a small WeatherTech add-on that I did that has resulted in a huge benefit for the “Corvette Pilot”… not a much for the lack of a “Navigator cup holder” now though.

Well.... Nothing earth shattering for mods on my C7. All cosmetic or marginally functional. But I will post anyway as the OP is my friend and he gets 10 free VetteCoins with every post he gets...lol....

SunTek PPF, RaceReady Catch Can, Air Raid Intake Filter, Aero7 Rockers, Splitter, ACS Splash Guards, Tinted Side And Rear Marker Lights, Diamon Fusion Glass Coating throughout, 35% Window Tint on the driver's and passenger's glass, Limo tint on the rest, and a Novi Stretch Bra for the longer trips. Oh. And a rearview Cam to see the expression on driver's faces when I pass them. lol.

Car made 1300 rwhp at 5800 rpm before burning through the old Mantic clutch. The plan is to install the new rods and pistons over winter and turn her up a bit. Aiming for around 1400-1450 rwhp. Gonna be installing 15 inch welds out back for track days.

All I have done is Nankang Ar1 drag radials. I do not think I will put much money on my C7 because I am next in line, for a C8, at my dealer, which means nothing for Canada now.
