Would anyone know if u can remove the hazard switch (triangular switch beside the middle vent above the NAV screen) without needing to pull the dash carbon fibre instrument surround part?

I need to change it to cross the vehicle from Canada to the States for safety regulation. Mine does not have the wording (PASS AIR BAG) and the ON OFF wording. That why I need to swap it.

ok, I thought you want to remove the air bag from the steering wheel..
Have look at this video, near the 13 minutes he gets to your switch.
