None, thinking of C7
I wonder what's going to happen with some of the new or almost new C6 ZR1's that are on showroom floors for $100k or more, or even some new or almost new Z06's are for sale upwards of $80k now that the C7 is available and they've dropped the price in Canada by a fair chunk over the C6. For example you can get a Callaway supercharger package on a new C7 with full warranty and you're still under $100k and over 600 hp, so why would one pay extra for a ZR1?

new ZR1's are I think around $103k-109k selling price. Still get a 5 year warranty.

To each it's own... some may want the C7-Callaway and some may want a C6 ZR1.

The ZR1 in my mind is still the king of the Corvette and I can't believe the comments I get when I drive mine. If I was driving a Callaway I don't think I would get the same comments. I didn't buy it for comments but people ( and kids ) know the ZR1 is king.

I have driven many cars with just superchargers added and the ZR1 is more the total car.... the car is unbelievable in many ways. If I was to do Nurburgring I would rather run/drive a ZR1

C7 ZR1 or bust. :p

Nah but the C6 ZR1 demands respect. Its completely different than the C7 and people know it. Now me personally, I'd take a C7 Z0x over a C6 ZR1, but from the ZR1 to base model C7... I don't know. The C7 is the total package, but the ZR1 is a true supercar, and no one can touch that.

I would take a C6 ZR1 over a C7 in a heartbeat. Now, a Callaway C7 Vs a ZR1. I don't know. I would have to see the Callaway first and I wish I had that problem. It's the same problem as having to decide if you want to go out with Jessica Biel or Kate Beckinsale. It's a win-win in my book.

I know the ZR1 is a lot more than just a supercharger and wider body added to a C6, and a Callaway C7 could make up for that difference by having the new body style, technology, etc with similar power and the option to get an auto or convertible. If I had $100k to spend I'd rather have the Callaway but that's just me, I respect others' opinion who would rather have the C6 ZR1.

Anyway for those who prefer the C6ZR1 over a C7, you could get some used ZR1's for the same price that many are paying for a new C7...so I would think none of those who prefer the ZR1 would be buying a new C7 this year...unless the warranty of a new C7 compared to a used C6 ZR1 is very important to you.

The C7 should be a more refined car. My buddy who had a 2002 Z06 was blown away of the ride of my 2006 Z06. My ZR1 rides even better. Things just getting better and better.

one thing I got bored of the Z06's power and wanted to try a ZR1. The ZR1 power still gets my adrenaline going..... it is still a handful and not bored with it.

A ZR1 with some Carravagio Daytona's and other interior goodies would make a wild and amazing enjoyable ride. I wanted Daytona seats ( my buddy has them ) but not pulled the pin for them yet... probably won't unless I decide to keep the car for a long time.

A C7 Z06 or Z07? should be an amazing car if it does come out. Will i go that route... probably not.

OH, Kate Bekinsale please! lol
