C5 engine stops

My 1999 c5 corvette's engine will on occasion stop but will start back up then run fine for awhile. I also notice no power from the ignition switch although the ignition is still on when this happens. Going thur the GM C5 repair manuals it does not show and fuses or circuit breakers that feeds the ignition switch. (Shows it to be hot all the-input side of the switch. Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated. Thanks
