C4 seat belt

when driving, i have noticed the bottom part of the belt tighten up, to a little too tight

and i can't pull it free, have to release the belt and let it draw all the way back then pull it forward back to lock it in

and can happen a few times

i saw some clinch button, but i pressed it and nothing happened

anyone else have or had this problem?

I have had this exact same thing happen to me a few times over the years. The clinch button didn't do anything! It doesn't happen too often though.

i get the same trouble i just put small shot of WD 40 and it release after i pull the whole belt out of the reel and put a bit more since i never have other problem.
