I have a 1988 corvette convertible looking to do my brakes with a good complete set and economical as well recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Check out RockAuto. Did my brakes a few years ago, reasonable price, good quality parts. But price it out now, keeping in mind the exchange rate, possible duties, shipping costs, etc. Compare it to Canadian Corvette parts shops, and Canadian parts suppliers. You may find RockAuto is still cheaper than these suppliers, as the Canadian suppliers tend to have expensive prices. Check for brake kits, which include rotors, pads, hardware, etc. Also, check out you car for anything else to change or upgrade, as larger shipments usually save you big dollars on shipping charge.
Howdy . You may be surprised at what you find on Amazon.ca . Wide variety of kits and manufactures. No idea of the quality but might be worth a look. Had you thought of Ebay Motors ? Good luck in your search!

I have found good quality parts and fair prices at my local NAPA dealer. Rock auto can be a good source and their website will give you costs in Canadian Dollars. There is nothing special about the C4 brakes, they are basic off the shelf GM products,
