Buried In Snow My Cars My Place

Well since it is basically middle of winter and no one is out there cruising in their Corvettes , I figured I'd just post a few pics of what winter can look like out here sometimes and kill some time for you guys. Actually this winter we have maybe 2 inches so far, which is nothing compared to what many other parts of the country are hit with so far.
Anyways I live on a farm . Out back is my auto graveyard in which sit about 125 vehicles. When it blows from the north and there is any kind of snow then many cars actually get buried and can't see them. These pics are from are from a few years ago. You can see some roof tops showing, one of just the aerial sticking up out of the snow ( neat pic ) , some only humps where they are totally covered, one of a hole I dug down to get into an Olds cause I needed some parts that were inside for my 49 show truck I was building , my Alpine cruising over some. Just some neat pics you don't see often .

Wow, that is all I have. Wow.

Nice pics but I would like to see the same ones taken without the snow so I could see all the old vehicles you have there. I love that old stuff.

......sold some of the valuable ones to fund my projects , but still have enough to stop more snow. In 2002 it blew dirt off the summerfallow so bad here in the spring that some cars were up to the tail lights buried, it was just sickening. We never seeded a crop that year as was no point.

A field full of memories there X. Great photographs and I thank you for sharing them.

Awesome bone yard you have there. Love the old skidoo. Is that an Alpine? I remember those when I was a kid growing up in Northern Manitoba.

......thanks Pep. yeah it's a 1974 Ski Doo Alpine. 440 electric start , forward neutral and reverse , gotta mix the oil with the gas . One ski , twin track all steel except the hood , boggie wheel suspension and very heavy.
