SOLD! 1 Allocation on hand for C7 Z06 -- Gateway Chevrolet

Hello Forum Mates!

My General Sales Manager just informed me that I have been assigned one additional allocation for a 2015 Z06 but without Z07.

First person who calls in with specs and a deposit of $5000 can have it.

My deadline to submit the order to GM Canada is 7pm EST tomorrow. I need the factory order latest by 4pm tomorrow!

Im can be reached directly on my cellphone at 416-826-7006 or my direct number at work is 905-494-5717. Ask for Owais Jamali or the Corvette Specialist.

So I guess additional orders did come through...Congrats Owais! After changing my TPW, trust me when I say if I could cancel and reorder I would my friend.

So how's this for a guess? A few more allocations are given to Ontario and all will have the Apr 6 build day, filling up the bus so to say....but really providing for all to be delivered at the same time. My TPW is changed to 11 May because I am in Eastern Quebec.

If it can be supplied with Z07 and the rest of my specifications at MSRP and in a reasonable time horizon, I'll take it. I left a message on your phone with my number.

Congratulations Owais! I am sure being allocated that second Z06 is a sign of good things and a bit of confidence on the part of GM with respect to your efforts. We just need to get you into one now.

No. When I called Owais he had just committed this Z06 to a client who had earlier ordered a Z51. Fortunately the Larry Hudson dealership in Listowel also had an allocation with the flexibility to take my specifications (LZ1, white/red, Z07, M7, NAV/PDR, red indoor cover) and they have taken my deposit against MSRP.

Sounds like a beauty. Congrats. Listowel is only an hour from here. Glad to see such a small town got an allocation.

That is the total amount know as of mid-day today, (that is the amount right from the 1st onset of allocations) so there still could be 3 more to be allotted to reach the magic # of 42 which seems to be the total for 2015. It's possible the last 3 were handed out after that report was run. Some were released yesterday and more today and maybe the last ones tomorrow. Anyone who was lucky enough has until the end of Tuesday to finalize the order details.
One was awarded to Birchwood this week who didn't honor it to the 1st person in line. From what I heard they side stepped #1 and sold it to a fleet customer of theirs.
Dirty business practice as my friend lost out on it and isn't happy about it.

My dealer ran a report and that is what came back up to that point, the last 3 could still surface. The #42 does seem to be the magic number. Sorry I was way off months ago.
I know one was awarded to Winnipeg in the last couple of days but is was sold to a fleet customer rather then to the person who was 1st in line. I think sales for Stingrays in Canada are down this year especially Z51 orders. I'll see if I can score those numbers..
