I was wondering if it was a "don't advertize it until you offer it up on the CCF" first situation.
Better chance of a quick sale there, for obvious reasons.
LIke real estate deals done without an MLS listing.
I wasn't interested in it to buy it, just couldn't find it on the official Cullen website.
Anyone know the sale price? Ballpark?
