I have been looking for my dream house for a few years now and finally found it 2 months ago. 24 year old 2600sq ft bungalow with a 2500sq ft basement, oversized attached 2 car garage, heated detached 2 car garage and a single car garage/shop in the back of the 1 acre property located next to the best driving roads in Niagara. When I went to see the property, the owner was there and 1st thing I wanted to see was the detached garage as it was not photographed in the listing for the house.








We both immediately pulled out our phones and started showing photos of our corvettes. After a 20 min walk through the house and the property, the deal was done. I got the keys last week.

Fonthill area. Big elevation changes, lots of very tight and curvy roads and minimal traffic/ traffic enforcement

Lived in Grimsby a while back, so know that area pretty well. There are some windy roads in the Effingham area, and a nice golf course up on Hwy20. Plus the peanut place (Picard?), and a really good propane shop, if you ever have anything that needs it. Our RVs have all used LPG.

thanks, my brother will be taking care of the landscaping, and planting 10-12 fruit trees, some grapes and berry bushes in the back yard.

previous owner put in a smart lawn irrigation system with total of 11 independent zones so the lawn is watered automatically from a 150 foot deep well on the property

yes, a lawn tractor is a must. My lawn expert (brother) has pick out a Cub Cadet for spring 2025 purchase
