Your ride may be the first I've actually liked the stocks in black. Did you have them professional painted? I know most paint guys hate polished/chrome wheels, had few turn me down in past when I've brought up the idea.

well, i kinda like my OEM 18/19" Speedlines in chrome, but was actually considering a set of Cup wheels in 19/20...for street. But, I really like the look of the original wheels after all, with a thin 6mm spacer under them. Tires are OE sized Firestone Indy 500

For track use however, I picked up a 2nd hand set of Forgeline GA3R in 18x11 and 18x12.5 (using 295/30 and 335/30 ToyoR888R).

I do like the wider squat look and get to enjoy both flavours

The Cup wheels is what I have been contemplating, seen them in black and a bronze like color. I like them both.

I do appreciate the stock chrome wheels, but it is probably seeing them on so many vettes they lost that "wow" factor to me. Can never argue though that they do not suit the car because they always will.
