Looking for the best shop in Toronto to install convertible top on my 66 . Please base it on personal experience . Got a new top installed and it was improperly installed by local shop . I may end up having to re-install another top . Thanks .

I can highly recommend New Image in Scarborough...have been dealing with them for over 25 years. Excellent workmanship & fair prices. Originally recommended by our auto mechanic who had the top on his classic 64 Merc 230SL replaced by them. We've had a lot of various auto upholstery work done there, always to a high standard. Not sure if the one partner has since retired (Serge) otherwise the younger partner Harold would be the one to contact. Their phone is (416) 752-0883 - Midland & Lawrence area.

Great! Serge is a terrific guy - last time I saw him during Covid he was talking about retiring and having his partner & nephew Harold run the business...along with one of Serge's son's who was going through an apprenticeship there.
