Any of the problems that I have seen on the internet regarding clutches, transmissions and rearends were all on the drag strip with slicks and big hp.  At the strip you will soon learn what else you should have upgraded.  Stock vehicles are probably not going to have many reliability issues.  I'm certainly not losing any sleep.
