Anyone having trouble with myChevrolet app map?

I’m not with my car right now to check on it in person, but I left it plugged in on the battery tender. Usually the map in the iOS myChevrolet app shows me the car’s location. The default is to show the location from a few days ago, but typically I tap to refresh it, and it updates to the current location in 15 seconds or so. Slightly concerning that today when I tap to refresh, it takes a while and then says “current location unavailable”.

Wondering if the app is down or if I have an issue. Does it work for anyone else?

Thanks Murray. I did call, and they said the system is working fine. They said they weren’t able to ping my car either. But I am curious if that is unique to me or if anyone else is having the same issue.
Mine won't connect either and my battery tender is energized for sure although the vehicle hasn't been started for 3 months. May be hibernating, lol.

Thanks everyone for the input. It turns out the car is still where I left it, with the tender plugged in, and the battery is not dead - the key fob works to lock/unlock and the lights flash.

I guess the OnStar/app map feature went to sleep or something. Maybe because I haven’t driven/started it since October.

That didn’t happen last winter, but maybe the software had an update or something with different functionality now (i.e. goes to sleep now after months of sitting).
