Google lens indicates he is pushing the switch that de-activates the warning signals. Just wondering but, wouldn't you think you would deactivate AFTER the train has passed the intersection?!?!? Maybe its a prime reason they went to automatic controls.
Guessing if you're too stupid to see a line up of traffic and a train blocking the intersection that the warning light staying on isn't going to make much difference....
