Yes I'll always remember Alex Trebek. We've lost other well known people this year:

-Max Ward (age 98): aviation pioneer, bush pilot and founder of Wardair in Alberta
-Sean Connery (age 90): the original James Bond and he went on to act in several great movies after that
-Kirk Douglas (age 103): well known actor with many famous roles including my favourite "Spartacus"
-Ruth Bader Ginsberg (age 87): US Supreme Court Justice and champion of women's rights

I'm sure there are many more who touched the lives of others; RIP all.

RIP Alex. You represented Canada well and were a great source of entertainment for the majority of us for many years.
