Another year is almost over and it has been a great one. I believe I speak for many when I say we have had many great cruises this year, with many great people. Numerous new friendships have been created along the way with some amazing people, and enjoying our wonderful cars and passion together. We have so much to be grateful for in our lives.

I would like to wish everyone on the CCF and their families a very Merry Christmas full of joy and peace, and a very Happy and wonderful New Year to all. I am looking forward to many new and exciting cruises and adventures in 2018, cheers!
Back at you turbozig. We had a great cruise together this past summer and I look forward to 2018 and hopefully I get to meet some more vette cruisers like I did in Langley ( Thanks again Graham).

Ready for Christmas offfshore....

We have the tree right next to the H2S gas emergency escape breathing sets....

Very Christmasy.

You and your crew have a great offshore Christmas Derek. Wouldn't having trees next to the H2S breathing sets contravene the Husky safety protocols... I guess your safety officer has addressed this in a Field Level Hazard Assessment though....

Fortunately they don’t own the boat and it operates under my company’s management system... which I just happen to be the head of here.
Actually the Husky guys are pretty cool. We all have the goal of keeping those escape sets collecting dust on the shelf.

The risk assessment is more practical for the BBQs. First one yesterday and we will be having one for the next couple days.

We got the guys a big ass karaoke set up and that will likely be where the risk assessment will be most prevalent. Here they are busy setting it up yesterday. One thing that is international with all men... only move to the instructions when all else fails. :Cryin: :Banghead:

They love this thing and most of the guys can sing pretty darn good too.

It’s the morning of Christmas Eve here and hot as... at 05:45 am. At least I don’t have to shovel snow today...

Merry Christmas guys..

Give those Boys a HUGE Merry Christmas Shout Out from the GANG here Derek.
Appreciating the pictures you are sending ... allows some of our imaginations to spark as we hibernate.
Wondering when Derek's "new reality series" will hit our TV sets here ... ?

From myself and my family to everyone who post on this forum, to the guys who try hard to keep us under control and our threads on topic and even to the lurkers who visit us and read what we post up, A Very Merry Christmas and a Joyous New Year to each and everyone one of you and your families. We are so blessed to live here in a country where we have a food on the table and a roof over our heads. Please say a prayer for those less fortunate than us who may be struggling with the season and keep in mind those who cannot be with their families at this time of year. Stay safe everyone, myself and my brothers/sisters do not want to conduct any house-calls this season.

And so it begins!!

Merry Christmas all.:Cheers2:
