This Direct Fit radiator features two rows of 1" tubes, which doubles the cooling capacity of a factory single row. Our exclusive "press formed" end tanks are hand tig welded by expert craftsman, eliminating the factory plastic tanks. This radiator includes the correct factory type "quick connect" fittings for the transmission oil connections. Also used on 2007 Z51 cars with A6 transmission
This radiator is not to be used on a C6 Z06 with our supercharger kit. You will need the A05AE that has transmission and oil coolers.

Average increase TO THE REAR WHEELS is approximately 175 RWHP! No other modification, in this price range, even comes close.

A&A Corvette Performance is an independent manufacturer of custom supercharger systems for the C5 and C6 corvette, exclusively. Our systems have evolved into the most technologically advanced centrifugal systems available today.

With over 500 systems on the road and hundreds of additional hours spent analyzing how every part of the system could be potentially improved, it has evolved into the finest system available.

Look closely at our system vs. all others. The fit and finish of all components is second to none. This commitment to aesthetics carries forward in the same commitment to function.

Our bracket and pulley design offers excellent alignment and belt wrap. This is essential in any supercharger system and is unsurpassed by any other manufacturer.

Our intercooler design also differs from any other. Not only are our intercoolers as large as practical for a Corvette, but the placement and attention given to airflow management is unmatched. An intercooler must have as much ambient airflow through the core area as possible to be efficient. Our design is the only one that is 100% exposed to frontal airflow either directly (C6) or through the use of directional scoops (C5). Not one square inch of either intercooler is shrouded by the frame or bodywork.

Airflow through the rear of the intercooler is also important. Most designs place the intercooler tightly against the radiator and air conditioning condenser. We place our intercoolers with a large space between these components which aids in airflow through the intercooler as well as airflow to the radiator and condenser.

The inlet duct from our high flow air filter to the supercharger inlet is also designed with superior airflow in mind. The curves are smooth and cross sectional area is large. This all translates into lower inlet temps and more power output.

Looks freaking awesome! Great deal Manny! Could you just have a quick look at the one sentence above though? Is this radiator good for Z06's or do you need a different one? Any other mods needed such as the clutch to handle the extra power? Do you have any recommendations to go along with the kit that people could upgrade along the way?

The sentence is correct , but gives the right part number for the needed rad .

As for up grades ......well you could do meth injection along with a cam , maybe a FAST 102 .

The kit is designed as a bolt on to your stock engine , but you can certainly improve upon it :D

While the car has a lot more than the A&A supercharger going for it, it does show the potential. The car was driven to the track as well. I would imagine that the sound of this car doing a burnout alone would totally psyche the guy out in the other lane. The first runs were with pretty easy launches. The last run is for real, 8.81 @154.9 mph but still wasn't a hard launch. First 8 Second C6Z06!!! PUMP GAS !!! - YouTube

Insane video--and yes. The burnout sounds before the race got more and more awesome with each pass. Never heard something sound so crazy.

I'd have to lose my manual tranny to have something so fast......

So Manny, saying that this kit adds an average of 175rwhp, would that put a C5 in the 500 club by any chance? Can stock clutches and drive lines handle this or would someone be looking at a new clutch/tranny/diff within a year?

Just add headers , the rest will be fine ....so long as your not 1/4 mile racing .

The stock drivetrain will handle 500 rwhp .

Good morning Manny,

Some time to kill before I go swimming with my son and his class.

What has the exchange rate done to the price?

Will the rest of the driveline be OK with this sort of power increase? I don't expect to be bracket racing with it, more lots of 2nd, 3rd, 4th gear acceleration.............but gentle 1st gear starts - most times anyway.

Lookling into car transportation out of Grande Prairie to Breslau as well.

Would your preference be to do it this fall yet or in the spring? Would you have the ability to store it for me if it was this fall? Not the sort of thing I'd like to take back say in December when it gets cold and snowy!!

Cheers,

Garry

Garry the rest of the drive line will be just fine . If you want to send it for the fall , storage is FREE and would be awesome for us . This is a great time to own and mod a vette as all the parts we use come from the USA . Certainly we can expext that at some point the exchange rate will go in the other direction , and the cost of doing these mods will have to go up in price . Let me see what I can do about getting your car here . Once done , you could fly in , as the airport is just down the street and drive it back home in the spring .

This is an unreal value in my opinion. I asked about a blower on my G37 (which is about as common and installed as an oil change) and was quoted $10k for a Stillen kit. Wtf!!! About 500hp and 300tq... Which would be really fun in that car but can't see any reason why it's a 30% premium!!!

Want to send me the G37 , if I can get you a smoken deal ?

I have access to the blower right form the manufactuer :D

We can now ship any car from Edmonton to Dasilva Motorsports for:

$900 . You pay $750 we cover the the balance :canada:

Is that one-way? Which airport is by the shop? Pearson?

Cool info--HLN is right--great value. Again, those guys at Davenport said a SC would be about 20k--but that was back in 2003 or something.

Does the price include the tune as well?

Full price fore headers, cat-back, and a tune isn't much less. Rims and rubber? Isn't much less either. Truly a good deal.

If both you and your friend do it at the same time I can take off $250.00 each .
