dunno fitzy, i didn't pay much attention back then what with factory muscle available and all. any hot rods we were familiar with usually were altereds and tube frame cars. this stude is a race built tube frame car.
at the 1/8th mile ottawa strip the car ran 7.49 all day at 92-93 mph on a 7.47 dial in. next day at shannonville it ran 7.50 on a 7.50 dial in with a head wind !!!
