Supposedly Velocity and Discovery channels in Canada broadcasting, Race starts Saturday the 21st at 10 A.M and ends Sunday morning at 10 , eastern time zone

Yup, Discovery has all the IMSA and WEC races. I record it and watch it over the span of a week or so.
Most shorter IMSA races I watch a week or so later on IMSA tv without commercials Discovery always ruins the races by going to commercial while the Corvettes are focused. I don't watch it for the prototypes.
