Will do....thank you all for your unput.Have you reformatted it? I agree the system is finicky. I went through 4 cards. I am using what you have, with decent success though it's a 256g card which shouldn't matter. I doubt you'll get any satisfaction with the dealer, but please let us know the outcome.

I figured out the problem with my PDR.. Mine was set to record when it was in Valet mode. I set it this way based on a YouTube video i came across I have sinceq turned this off and it immediately started and has continued to record all my drives. A tiny round redlight in bottom left corner of Infotainment screen which is on all the time confirms this.
