CC brakes are known to squeak a little at low speed with light application when cold, usually from the rear for some reason. Ferrari does, Porche does, McClaren (so I've read) does and it's the price you pay for high performance brakes. My ZR1 does this usually when cold with a light application. I have friends with Z07's, ZR1's and a Camaro Z28 with CC brakes and they all do the same. GM MIGHT be interested to solve the squeak in current models but don't hold your breath waiting for them to fix your C7.
