*** We are unable to go to the Onondaga Farms - So instead, we'll be heading for CTMP - Mosport! ***
Onondaga Farms is celebrating its 10th Anniversary on Saturday, June 2nd, and then hosting the Big Tim Horton Children's Foundation Golf Tournaments on the Monday ... so the camp will be recovering from the Anniversary Celebration, and preparing for the Golf Tournament on the Sunday ... but they definately want to see us back there in 2013!
Bill Piekos is a Corvette Track Fanatic, and member of the BMW Trillium Group, he was able to secure for us, a special deal at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (Mosport) facility, during the BMW Track event. We will have our own Paddock area, which will be staffed by Tim Hortons Camp Day Volunteers, offering snacks and beverages during the event ... gifts for participants, prizes and Silent Auction Items for our Charity Event.
Having our Camp Day Cruise at the CTMP - Mosport venue during the BMW Track Event opens up some interesting possibilities! If you've never been to Mosport before, you will now be able to tour the facility, and see how it is currently being renovated, and restored to a World Class Racing Facility!
We will have the opportunity to do a number of Parade Laps around the Grand Prix Circuit!
For the adrenaline addicted ... you may be able to ride along for some hot laps with some of our resident "Track Rats"
... and if you decide you would like to drive your own car out on track with an instructor ... that opportunity will be available to you as well! (Additional Cost)
I have the feeling that this will be our most exciting Camp Day Cruise Ever!
