1st Autocross experience.............

Good evening HLN A55,

Roads around hopme were poor but between Rycroft and GP they were OK. Some person not recognizing what this white stuff is ditched her car by the Dunvegan Gas plant while we were on our way home. Switched the tires over on gf's car when we got home. After switching the spark plugs on mom's truck after teh diesel contamination it ran for 2 days and now won't run again so dad and mom towed it over to the garage and we'll tackle it tomorrow. This time it resulted in the check engine light so we got a new code reader from CT, hopefully it workes better than the last one I used!!!!!

I saw the trailer in GP. It looks good, shouldn't be any problems with driving it up the ramp.

Some concerns with how to fasten the car down inside. It doesn't have the nice wheel net thingies that I've seen before, just four d-rings on the floor but where the heck to fasten them to the Z06 at this point I have no idea.

Anyone have any suggestiongs??? Manny????

An example of why to look at things beforehand. They don't provide the tie straps either so I had to buy four of those as well.......

Cheers,

Garry

Hi Garry , use the lower control arms , both front and rear . That's where the tow trucks strap them down on the flat beds .
