Hi everyone me again.

Ok I made the decisions to install long tube headers to get a true dual exhaust set up. As my car is a 1987 model with the EGR tube that runs from the manifold to the intake, should I purchase the more expensive header with the built in EGR hook-up and the other emissions for the air pump (Hooker 2149HKR). Or can I buy the cheaper set without the emissions bits. If I choose to go without EGR/A.I.R set up, will these throw a engine light code? Is the EGR required for the tune of the engine or can I just block it off?

Also, my car has 1 oxygen sensor before the center CAT (pre cats have been deleted). Is it a good idea to weld one in if I go the cheaper route that does not have the pre drilled out hole for it?

Thanks for your help.

They are hooker 2149 ..brand new in box ..they have O2 sensor fitting on driver side..EGR hook up on pass side ..I want $425.00 cdn. You pay shipping... Iam in manitoba R0E2B0 also have collectors to weld your exhaust system Al
