Maybe he stole it from the museum with out anyone knowing about it.
Can we see pictures of it? a prototype? Everyone knows there were no 1983's sold to the public.
Is it a ZR1? I have an 83 ZR1 that would go well with his. 
Maybe its Jay Leno !!! I hear he has one of everything!!!!
