1982 Corvette Collectors Edition

Hi Everyone,

I am excited to join this forum and share my C3 1982 Corvette Collectors Edition it’s in great shape and I recently got it to turn over after almost 40 years!! It was driven for 2 years after purchase then put into a garage and never touched since!! It only has just over 20,000kms! I work at Georgetown Chevrolet, if anyone has questions GM related feel free to reach out!!

It was driven 2 years when brand new and then stored for 40 years? WOW!

I had to change the battery, get new tires, I did a complete fluid change for everything (Break fluid, anti freeze, oil change) and that was about it. the breaks were replaced before going into storage and surprisingly worked really well. After all of that it turned over first try and ram very smooth. I just need to do a complete detail in and out get the paint buffed and replace the window seal's.

I always loved that car. The silver paint and black fading stripes really stand out. That should have been the silver anniversary look
