I have to agree with Vince! Bodywork is like watching a magician work! They can do magic to a car!
I managed to get to Manny's this week and the car is progressing well. It was sent out to be media blasted and came back all cleaned up. Steve was just starting panel fitting before welding in the new qtr panel.

Work on the 65 Mustang is coming along .
We had the body sent for media blast as the once removed the primer there was rust underneath .
This is better a fresh coat of epoxy primer :
Old door skins removed :
New skins on :
Look at house nice Steve does the edges :

Manny, does the new door skin get spot welded on or is it just a crimped install?

The way Steve does it, is a much better way . He uses a high strength seam sealer and crimps /\.

Not welding the panels is better, heating the metal tend to make it rust faster. Great work
and prevent heat warpage.
