I have a set of ACS composite XL rock guards (the full set plus the side vents). The side vents were never installed. The set has about 2000kms on them. The are on sale for about 900Can on ACS's site right now. Asking 500- V8!

Oil Catch Can
No my engine is stock. If you are worried about high pressures you could always put a one way valve on the third port of the Elite and it would vent just like the MM if there was any pressure. Just a suggestion but buy which ever you are comfortable with. -

Also I will have another test posted in the spring that eliminates any temperature affect. (different testing method)- V8!

Hey thanks for the comment and you are right about the weather, that is the one reason I only did 1500kms twice as I drive the Z06 in the summer, and I knew I would be on a time constraint to get 3000kms total for the test before the weather changed. I still caught the tail end of the weather...- V8!

Mightymouse vs Elite Ultra Catch can comparison
Hey everyone, so I guess not all catch can are created equal. I did a comparison with the Mightymouse and the Elite Engineering Ultra. I ran them in series for 1500kms, then reversed and repeat. The Elite caught more both times. If anyone is curious, here is the vid. By the way I'm not...- V8!

Sounds about right, most will go to the US first. A very small percentage go to Canada. This is like the wait list for a Tesla !!! -

Catch can never hurts, any oil it pulls out is always better than leaving it in -

If you can get the 7000 I would go for it. Just keep checking Costco, they seem to be the most reasonable. I've used the 5000 to lift everything so far, but would have liked the extra capacity of the 7000. Unfortunately Costco only had the 5000 when I bought. I'm very happy with it, but... -

You could re-use the factory drain plugs, but I wanted magnetic ones, and the factory ones are not magnetic. As for filling the car I know when the tech did it at GM they said they put in 9 and top off. Nothing wrong with putting in a little less and then running. On all the oil changes...
