Yeah thought that too about the temp. It's a Convertible so maybe that's the 'C' but who knows, kinda cool that it's still there after all these years.
Hey found this written on the piece of cowling under the radiator. I had removed it for cleaning during restoration. Any idea what the other info means? The date 4.29.88 corresponds to manufactured date on my car of 05.1988. 36C may be the temp in Bowling Green that day in Celcius.

Trying to remove bleeder screws on rear calipers that I'm positive have not been removed since it was built. Wanted to gravity bleed the whole system. Based on the coffee coloured fluid in the reservoir it needs it.
If you're talking about rear driver's side. I noticed the same on my '88. The previous owner must have done some parking brake work and didn't route the cable properly between the cross-brace and undercarriage. They used a cable tie to keep the slack created closer to the underside.
