    Spot on. Bill of sale is irrelevant if a book value is the final analysis. Here in Ontario the UVIP package is king regardless of what your receipt indicates. A valid appraisal is what makes the difference.

    That Harmonic Balancer can be a challenge to R&R. If you don't have hoist it will be tough. Ask me how I know. lol

    2003 C5. However, I must state my car is US spec. I am starting to realize this might not be the case for Canadian spec Vettes. Sorry for any inconveniences.

    Toggle through the option button on your DIC until you see twilight feature ( simply select off) Honestly its as simple as that. Report back.
