    Personalize plates

You can certainly buy the plates but, I do not think personalized plates are transferable as a sale item on their own. If you purchase a car with personalized plates you can transfer the car. The plates can only be transferred when they accompany the vehicle, they must have be registered to the...

    Personalize plates

You could buy them, however I don’t think MTO would allow the transfer of a plate that has not been attached. If memory serves if you buy a vehicle with an attached personalized plate you can transfer the car. The plate can also be transferred with the plate holders permission. Remember that...

    Headers/sidepipes

I have had my 65 for 25 years, lots of driving time. Equipped with GM shielded pipes no burns ever. I now must wear hearing aids, was told by the hearing specialist that my left side is much worse than the right, about 2.5 feet from the exhaust tip. Not a good thing. Hooker side pipes will clean...

    C2 dash pads

Dying or covering does not work well. There are a few folks that change interior colours to match paint changes. They sell the eye brows. I bought two from a guy in Texas, less cost than new and original parts. After market does not work out well for fit. Check corvetteforum.com

C1 anybody who has switched from a T10 transmission to a Tremic TKO

I installed a tko 600 in my C2 probably 10 years ago. Works great. My only comment is with the diff ratio. If you run a 3.36 or lower the 5th gear ratio may cause the car to lug unless you are travelling at a very high speed. You need at least a 3.50 for the tko to work properly. If I am lower...

Anyone done PPF & Ceramic Coating on C8 yet?

I use Chemical Guys Ceramic on my 65 Roadster, about $50.00 at CTC. Works great takes about an hour to do the entire car.

    PPF and ceramic coat

If planning to keep the car for many years, may be an idea. If not why would you spend that kind of cash for the next owner??
