Could there not be an issue using this method as there is no place you can run the wire under the weatherstripping for the frunk and closing it with the wire running on top could possibly deform the weatherstripping after extended use and therefore causing it not to seal properly? I was traveling south out of Edmonton on highway 2 towards Calgary and passed a line of about 10 Vettes. Looks like they may have been on a cruise somewhere. Anybody hear of any cruise that was happening?

I would stay clear of CCMR from what i have heard of them in the past.

Only recall on mine as of now is the DRL. Car was built Aug. 2023 and based on the VIN has the new DCT.
