    Fiberglass attachment above headlights

Can anyone recommend a glue they used that worked well to reattach the fiberglass to the frame above the headlights (it’s common that they detach on older corvettes I’ve heard)

    Ball joints

When I say snapped off I meant it fell right off like it’s supposed to, I’m just worried about getting it back on the spindle because I’m turning the nut with a lot of force

    Ball joints

This might sound simple, and many videos skip right over this step but I am finding it hard to put the wheel assembly back on the ball joints. When I removed the end from the joints with a tool it snapped off and took a lot of force. I don’t want to force it back together by turning the nut on...

    Electric Choke

I’ve read around about ways to wire an electric choke on my ‘79 corvette and the best option seems to be a spade female adapter to the ignition spot in the fuse block, I’m just cautious about how much power will be running through the line so I can get the right gauge and in line fuse. Does...

    C3 speedometer

Got my car on the road finally after completely restoring brakes and brake lines but when I drive it the speedometer needle bounces around a bit is there a way to fix this or do I replace the whole thing? Also when I put the car into reverse from park it feels like the whole car drops down is...

    Tail lights

Cleaned the ground and they still didn’t work I’m going to probably pull out the whole harness and take a look at the wires, when I ratted the harness they turn on and off so must be that

    Rear compartment door

The doors are held on to the rear compartment tray with aluminum studs, I want to take out the old doors but replace the frame is there anyway to do this other than bolting the doors to the new frame with screws and nuts?

    Tail lights

New calipers are on order for my 79 corvette, so until they get there I’ve been working on the electrical system. When I went to put in new lights for the rear end of the car the directional flashers stopped working (even with a new relay) and the reverse lights don’t turn on. I’m thinking it’s...

New owner of project car c3 1979

It’s such a high idle that I think it’s best to time it and make sure everything’s plugged up first (at about 3,500)

Exhaust is all rusted and has holes so I’m going to end up replacing it anyway, drained and replaced the fuel I’ll probably drop the tank when I’m ready to replace the whole exhaust line until then it’s idling really high so I’m going to have to get the engine timing down, but hey progress is...
