those types are allot around for sale new. I have used cross drilled/slotted rotors came with ceramic pads. Actually for what you need just get cheap coated with zinc rotors so they wont rust out just sitting.
I have one with a gold face. I don't know if they were given to the top salespeople since they were sold thru mail order back in the day. I remember seeing these for sale in mid america or ecklers catalogue can't remember exactly which one.
you would have to dyno it, or take to the track see the results. Once you start opening the ports, or larger intake manifold car looses bottom end in exchange for top end sometimes.
