It certainly wasn't a 30 mph crash. What a waste. I don't know about other Corvettes, but when ours breaks loose, it wants to go everywhere but straight and suddenly. I'd put it in the dangerous category, especially for someone with little or no experience with horsepower. They can get away from you awfully suddenly.

I like how the firemen kept just throwing pieces into the car. I assume the tow truck driver would have a net to keep those parts from flying into traffic?

The car is for sale on Kijiji for $4800. If the drivetrain were ok it would be a decent deal. That's all I would want anyway.
