The Yenko name is back again but, to me, it just isn't the same. The first time around, in '69, there was no fanfare. There was absolutely no hoopla. It just happened. The COPO option just appeared. The dealer
where we bought our cars didn't even know about them until given the COPO 9566AA code to look up. Then
things happened. The little dealer in Port Perry ended up selling three COPO Chevelles and an L88 Corvette.
They had one salesman, who now lives near Haliburton, and he was into muscle cars. As a result of Al's interest they sold a lot of other muscle cars too. Now we have this and it is nice to see.
