Winter Storage Options in ON

I'm in Southwestern Ontario and am trying to find storage for my '24 C8. I've called around and it is extremely difficult to find space that is large enough and is heated and has power to plug in.

I did find a place in Toronto called Auto Vault which specializes in auto storage, but this is about an hour drive for me. Does anyone know of a reputable place in this area: Brant, Hamilton, K/W, Burlington?
