Are these on/ off based on a switch or can it be wired to come on with the brake lights. Also how visable is the image through the rear glass in the daytime? Thx

Frank these
1) can be turned on with the ignition. Wired direct to fuse box.
2) turned on with a switch from a 9v power supply
3) 12v car power supply - plug that goes into a power point (the one for the battery maintainer)
4) turned on, off, or dimmed with a remote. (Little FOB thing).

Mine is (1) wired in direct to the fuse box with the on/off/dimmer FOB added as an option.

They offer all the kit for the different ways of powering it as options.
