The Corvette Museum can't provide window stickers for late model Canadian cars. Something to do with exchange rates they tell me. They can provide build sheets however. Does someone have a contact at GM Canada?

GM Canada will just send you back. I've been down this same path, they are no help at all for us Canadians.
You have to reach out to GM Heritage Center who can provide you with contact info of a company who can supply you with a window invoice. I never went down that path completely as by that point I was too frustrated by it all.
I do not understand how it is so difficult for us Cdns but yet the US owners can simply email customer relations and they email you a pdf copy FREE !
