First off, no offense to Jeff, but just realize Jeff is a salesman, and I wouldn't trust any salesman more than a politician to give honest advice, especially when commenting on their own dealership.  In this case, the input from members here is overwhelming, call, visit and talk with them.  In my case during a service visit, it was positive from the service side and parts.
