Why the C8 Corvette Stingray Is So Quick

No mystery there. Don't even have to read the article.

The answer is simple if you're just considering "quick": power and traction.

C8 puts more weight on the drive wheels, ergo: quicker acceleration.
Glad you and NOSOUPFORU don't need to read RoadandTrack articles but for C8 owners looking for more than they put the engine in the back it explains that traction (power almost the same as the 2019 C7 15 HP difference) only accounts for 0.5 sec improvement to 60 the other 0.5 comes for the new DCT as the C7 gear ratios are bad for sprints to 60. Also talks about other stuff but I guess for you guys why read!

Merry Christmas

Also anytime you boys feel like stretching your Corvettes legs out you can find me at Calabogie Motorsports Park burning high test in my new C8
