No big cruises planned out here in Saskatchewan. Should I head out, it'll be local roads within the city.

Headed for Calgary on Saturday to pick up niece at the airport... Weather permitting will take the Vette....

MCDonalds Richmond on #2 Road. evening cruise-in. 5pm - 9pm. All makes
FRiday July 7th.
Surrey 192nd & 27th Ave. evening cruise-in. 5pm - 9pm all makes
Saturday July 8th
Mill Lake Abbotsford. All day all make show. 700+ cars.

DUECK on Terminal Ave car show. All day. All makes no entry fee, door prizes.
BC Corvette Club Waterfront show in North Van Corvettes on the grass.
All day. Door prizes judging and awards presented later in the afternoon.
Our Club donated some door prizes to this event.
Porsche Club Autocross at the Pitt Meadows Autocross facilities.
I believe pre-registration is required.
Well.....there ya go. The weekend weather is supposed to be good/great so pick something and enjoy your day.

Not close to Edmonton but I will be up in Stratford Ontario for the weekend.
Saw there is a get together in Bayfield which looks fairly close so I might try for that on Sunday

Are there weekly cruise-nites In Edmonton end Calgary?

Later in August, nearer to Tofield...I hope to find a cruise-nite or two to attend.
We have cruise-nites all over the Vancouver Lower Mainland from Wednesday to Fridays.
It's possible to hit 2-3 a nite. Not to mention travelling to North Van, Burnaby, Maple Ridge, Richmond, etc.
Most of the places embrace the cars and offer cruise-nite specials...
The A&W recently offered a special cake to announce the start of the cruise season..!
These are a great place to meet up with new car people.
Tonite we are off to two places within 15 mins from home.

That looks tasty Graham!! Oh yeah! A big glass of milk and today's newspaper!! Hmm mmm.
I think there's something weekly at the A&W by the Auto Mall. Fridays I think. Angels drive in over in Bowness has monthly shows if I recall. It's mostly a hot rod crowd there. Haven't seen much for Corvettes there in the past. I'll look for the free cruise nights magazine at Safeway tomorrow. I had one in my work truck but it got lifted.
Heading off very early tomorrow morning for Niagara. I think Les (Allflash) is expecting about 80 cars. Should be a lot of fun.

Tonite's cruise-in was about 150 cars..
Everything from Corvettes to all-out drag cars with a temp insurance permit...absolute ground shakers.
There was even a real Ford GT40 in full GULF paint scheme.
A few pro-mod style cars as well with scoop intakes above the hood.
My eyes are still burning from the fuel in the air.
There also seems to be a resurgence of Manx bodied VW dune buggies lately.
I suspect it is time they made a comeback and I predict values rising if you can find one.
Great fun.
If you own a specialty car of any type..get it out there and have some fun.

Sounds like some awesome, awesome cruises!!! I am super jealous of all the options. I didn't get out at all!!!...partly with the whole family being sick and partly just needing to get suff done at home.
But anyway, that is awesome. It sounds like some really good times out there.
