BabyRay and I will attend the 5th annual Wheels for Wishes Show & Shine on Saturday September 8, 2018 at Century Casino St. Albert from 10-3 pm. Come out and join us in granting a Child a Wish! ALL proceeds to Make A Wish, Northern Alberta 10 K = 1 WISH.

Dennis and I will be there at 8am to help park cars and put us CCF together. Who all coming out for this???
 
The Wheels for Wishes was a great success. We raised just over $13000. Enough to grant a child’s wish once again. Thanks to all that donated items for the silent auction. Greatly appreciated.
And those that came out to show off their rides in the not so great weather. Rain thought the day off and on. We had 121 cars registered. Overall a great day for all.
Hopefully next year we can have more cars come out for such a great cause.
I don’t have any pictures at this time. But will post some as I receive them.

Hey Dik. If you left click on your name on the top rightof this window and then click on Preferences you can scroll though the amazing and totally useful list of notification options, clicking a check mark in everyone of them so that not only will you never miss anything again, you will also get zero sleep.... LOL...ok... that was a joke... just click on the way you want your forum to work for you. :thumbs:
 
Rruuff, as you suggested I checked my preferences only to find that everything is already "checked". :Biggrin: No problem. What I am going to try is; I accepted to "watch" this forum. I made this "watch" selection by first opening all forums, scrolled to Alberta, then at the bottom-left of the Alberta forum box there are three icons. I clicked on the eye icon to (hopefully) watch this forum. Next I requested email notifications....I will see how it goes. If I need to catch up on my beauty rest (.... of course I do ....) I'll un-check the icon.

Chat soon .... and super happy to be back ... now with a Vette.
