I had been stressing all winter, sting ray or GS... finally made a decision on GS.... I've always wanted white white black accents, black interior and manual. many options i don't really care to much about...(should point out this would be first performance car). I have a set budget so trying to get what i want at that price has been an issue. I was following @grandsp69's story of his buy (feel terrible about his mother) i think i might just have to be tough and make some offers to get in mu comfort zone.... I also love the aftermarket toys(i have 2 very modified motorcycles)

Well now is certainly a good time to buy new off lots. The great discounts and flexibility of the sales management in dealerships will be good for another couple months for sure.
Now it’s finding the right car in a number of places and going after that deal.
I hope you get just what you’re after. The GS is a fantastic Corvette model and loved more than any other from what I read around here. So good choice for your first performance car. To be honest any C7 corvette is an absolute pleasure to drive so if you decide on a Stingray due to price or availability you can’t go wrong there either.
Good luck with your search and don’t hesitate to ask for information or details on options. This crowd enjoys getting behind a new owner and giving them plenty of sound advice and reviews on the cars and options.
Yup.... all this for free; including the inevitable comedy that comes along with it.
