Geez !! after a great spell of sun, we're now putting up with several days,
[ 4 as of last count], of miserable rain.
when am I to get out in the new 'vette ??
I know, 'vettes don't melt in the rain...but.... I'm noting quite a change in my behaviour; when I had the big austin healey in England
in the early 1960's, didn't think too much about it getting used in poor weather.[ Was either use it, or hop on my push bike ! ].
Anyway...thanks for reading my rant,
Tony

I feel your pain............Tony . I took my out after dinner tonight .The rain stoped and the roads dryed up

I'm ready to quit on this year. If it doesn't improve this week she'll be off the road early for the winter.

Cleaning after crappy weather is just too much work and she never goes to bed dirty or wet.......My back just won't take the strain any more.

I'll just have to be patient and wait for next April.

Ah !! Sanity Restored. [g].

been out in the car both mon. and today, yea!! good job too, as forecast is for
rain the next 2 or 3 days,ugh.

Good for you Tony. We almost got out today for supper but alas it turned sour ........

Maybe Friday.

Let's hope we get a few more days in at least.
Hope to see you Saturday at Whistle Bear.

monday 12 dec.

great day today; sun out, only a little breeze. The only problem....only 5C !!
So I had the 'vette out.

Not that I'm telling the complete truth....the 'vette in question
was the dealers minature model that Woodstock car guy sent to me. And the taking
out was restricted to taking it out of the mailing box !!! [vbg].

Take care, Tony,welland

cloudy today but the roads were cleaned last couple of days by all the rain so out we went for the last cruise of the year......

Well....with temps in Niagara higher than the january date; can't help
wondering if I didn't put the vette away faar toooo early !!
Then I remind myself that I only have to travel ~ 2 hrs and I've got about
20ins of the white fluffy stuff.[g]. Glad I don't live in London or Barrie !!

Not too early but enjoy the nice weather without the 'vette Tony -- It'll hit us any time now and we'll be back to cursin' it.

Be patient my friend -- spring isn't that far off. :D

Well guys,
so....Environment Canada figures that essentially all Canada will
experience warmer than normal temps for Feb. through April !!

Poses intriguing possibilities ! Does one consider taking the car out of storage, at
say, the end of Feb. ??? Mind you, they did blow the Dec/ Jan forecast, but did have
good reason as to why.

I'm going to wait till at least months end, and then re-think.
Any thoughts ??

I love that forecast, Tony -- We may indeed get back on the road in March.

Let's hope so. I've got a ton of mods and cosmetics to do to the 'vette and can't wait to get started.
Maybe even get the new LG exhaust on early too. Woohoo.

LOL, our snow (what little there was) is all gone again. I'm not too disappointed.:D

I'll be pulling out the toques and mitts again if Environment Canada is predicting warm weather until April.

I wouldn't be hurt IF we were to have an early Spring in Canada.
